This website is operated by Stickify. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stickify.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

These Terms comply with applicable UK legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

  • You have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

A breach of any Terms may result in immediate termination of services.

3. Made-to-Order & Personalised Products

All products are manufactured to order unless otherwise stated.

Many items are personalised or custom produced to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • All spelling is correct

  • Artwork is approved

  • Sizes and colours are selected correctly

  • Vehicle compatibility (if applicable) is confirmed

Order confirmation and/or artwork approval constitutes acceptance of these details.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours, images, or other content are error-free.

Screen displays may vary. Minor colour differences and size tolerances do not constitute faults.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices without notice

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Limit quantities purchased per person

If an order is cancelled after payment due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued.

6. Production & Delivery

All items are made to order. Production times may be up to 15 working days unless stated otherwise.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Incorrect address information

  • Customs clearance

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery.

7. Returns & Faulty Goods

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

If goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

8. Installation & Application Disclaimer

We accept no liability for:

  • Incorrect installation or application

  • Damage during fitting

  • Surface incompatibility

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Wear caused by misuse

Vinyl decals and printed garments require proper care and installation. Once fitted or worn, items are deemed accepted unless a clear manufacturing defect is present.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, artwork, product images, branding, and graphics remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers submitting logos or designs confirm they have permission to use that material.

We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product

  • We are not responsible for business loss, loss of profits, or reputational damage

Nothing excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Submission of evidence to payment providers

  • Recovery of dispute fees

  • Further recovery action where appropriate

12. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our website may include materials from third parties.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these Terms.
