Union Jack Rear Quarter Window Decals
Your decals are supplied slightly larger than the window to allow positioning adjustments. Follow these steps carefully:
Preparation
-
Clean the window thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry.
-
Apply on a dry, mild day; vinyl does not adhere properly to cold or wet surfaces.
Application
-
Position the decal in the desired location.
-
Use a bank card or squeegee to press the decal from the centre outwards.
-
Slowly remove the application tape, pressing again to ensure full adhesion.
-
Trim excess vinyl using a Stanley blade or craft knife.
Troubleshooting
-
In cooler temperatures, vinyl may not stick immediately. Apply gentle heat (hair dryer recommended) to activate the adhesive.
-
Do not overheat; excessive heat may damage the decal.
Gel Badge Overlays
Preparation
-
Clean the badge surface thoroughly and ensure it is dry and free from wax or residue.
Application
-
Carefully align the overlay before pressing it firmly.
-
Apply gentle heat with a hair dryer if required to activate the adhesive.
-
Press evenly across the overlay to ensure full adhesion.
⚠️ Do not overheat, as excessive heat may cause permanent damage to the gel overlay.
Ford Kuga Reflector (Honeycomb) Decals
Preparation
-
