1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from PrintCutStickify (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Manufacturing

All products are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Many items are personalised or custom manufactured to the customer’s specification, including but not limited to:

• Custom vinyl decals and signage

• Personalised clothing

• Printed garments

• Custom text, logos, or branding

• Bespoke sizing or colour selections

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

• All spelling and text is correct

• Artwork is approved before production

• Sizes and colour selections are accurate

• Vehicle compatibility (where applicable) is verified

Approval of artwork or order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the design and details provided.

We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors once approved.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

• Amend prices without notice

• Cancel orders due to pricing errors

• Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Production & Delivery

All items are made to order. Production may take up to 15 working days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier services

• Customs processing

• Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer

• Force majeure events

Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

6. Personalised & Custom Goods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.

Custom products are non-refundable once production has commenced.

7. Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer:

• A replacement (primary remedy), or

• A refund where replacement is not possible

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before approving any remedy.

8. Installation & Use

We accept no liability for:

• Incorrect fitting or installation

• Damage caused during application

• Failure to follow instructions

• Surface incompatibility

• Environmental factors after installation

Once vinyl products or decals are installed, they are deemed accepted unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven.

Customers are responsible for ensuring surfaces are suitable before application.

9. Garment Care

Printed garments must be washed and maintained according to care instructions.

We are not responsible for print damage caused by:

• High-temperature washing

• Tumble drying against instructions

• Ironing directly over print

• Commercial laundering

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product listings, images, and branding remain the intellectual property of PrintCutStickify unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers submitting logos or artwork confirm they have the legal right to use that material.

We accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss

• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product

• We are not liable for loss of earnings, business interruption, or reputational damage

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• Submission of production and delivery evidence

• Recovery of administrative and dispute fees

• Debt recovery action where appropriate

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to disrupt website functionality

• Copy or reproduce content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse occurs.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
