1. Production Times
All products are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Please allow up to 15 working days for production before dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product listing.
During peak periods, production times may extend. We will notify you if significant delays occur.
2. Dispatch & Delivery
Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using a tracked courier service where available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Customs clearance (for international orders)

Severe weather or force majeure events
Delivery time begins once the item has been dispatched — not when the order is placed.
3. UK Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If your parcel is returned to us due to:

Failed delivery attempts

Refusal of delivery
You will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
4. International Shipping
Where international shipping is available:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

5. Tracking Information
Where tracking is provided, details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and arrange redelivery where necessary.
6. Risk & Responsibility
Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen parcels

Parcels left in safe places

Items delivered to neighbours
If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us and we will assist in raising a courier investigation where appropriate.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

Take clear photographs before opening

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Retain all packaging
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect your claim.
8. Split Shipments
As items are made to order, larger orders may occasionally be dispatched separately. You will not be charged additional shipping unless agreed in advance.
9. Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch has begun.
